Privacy & cookies

Short version: no accounts, no names, no email addresses. We set one cookie to remember you're an adult. Ads and embedded players are run by other companies and set their own cookies.

Cookies we set

• pc_age: remembers that you confirmed you're 18 or older, for one year.
• pc_av: only in regions that require age verification. Records that you passed the check, for 30 days. It holds a pass/fail result and an expiry date, nothing about who you are.

Age verification

Where the law requires it, age checks are carried out by an independent provider. We never receive your ID document, photo or date of birth. We only receive a yes or no.

Reports

If you report a video, we store the reason, any details you type, and a one-way hash of your IP address so the same person can't flood reports. We can't turn that hash back into your IP address.

Third parties

Videos play from the sites that host them, and ads come from ad networks. When those load, those companies receive your IP address and may set cookies under their own privacy policies. You can block third-party cookies in your browser.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard short-lived request logs (IP address, page, time) for security and debugging.

Your rights

Because we don't hold anything that identifies you, there's usually nothing to access or delete. If you think we hold something about you, write to contact@pieclips.com.
