PieClips doesn't host video files. Every video is embedded from a third-party site. We still remove listings quickly when a copyright owner asks.

Send a notice

Email dmca@pieclips.com with:

• The PieClips page addresses you want removed.
• The work you own, or a link to it.
• Your name and contact details, and who you act for if you're an agent.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. Because the file lives on the host site, also send your notice to that site to remove the video at its source.

Counter-notices

If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address.
